Focus on "two ultra and one non", focus on investigating the use of pigments and preservatives beyond the range of meat products, the excessive use of water retaining agents in aquatic products, the illegal addition of industrial alcohol in Baijiu and other behaviors, establish a risk and hidden danger account, and cancel the number management item by item.

Build a full chain traceability system from raw materials to production, factory to market, and implement dynamic supervision of the entire process of additive use. In the aquaculture industry, we have taken the lead in implementing the "five specialties" management of water retaining agents (specialized procurement, specialized storage locking, specialized weighing, specialized record keeping, and specialized review), strictly implementing the requirement of phosphate groups ≤ 5.0g/kg limit, and comprehensively regulating the management of food additives such as preservatives, sweeteners, and coloring agents to prevent the use beyond the scope and limit. Urge enterprises to implement the mechanism of "daily control, weekly investigation, and monthly scheduling", strengthen the responsibilities of the food safety director and safety officer, ensure that the use of additives is traceable throughout the process, and force enterprises to truly investigate, improve, and implement.
